Villa Hills Deck
The homeowners were looking for a clean, modern outdoor space that would hold up to everyday use while complementing the home’s architecture. We designed a two-tier composite deck with gray decking and black cable railings that play nicely against the cedar siding. An elevated main level flows naturally from the back door, while a full stairway opens to usable space below. A composite privacy wall adds comfort without feeling heavy, and thoughtful details—tight board spacing, fascia-wrapped stairs, and integrated lighting—create a finished look from every angle.
