Your home is special, and we’re here to make the transformation process smooth, stress-free, and exciting. Here’s our promise to you:

  1. Your estimate will be presented the same day unless there are details that prevent otherwise, and then we follow up the next day to schedule a proposal meeting.
  2. We will measure your spaces, plan the materials, and guarantee that our design will fit into your space. We do not require our customers to proof or double-check any material quantities.
  3. Your project will be handed off from Sales to Operations in an onsite Scope Meeting. You will be invited to be there to make sure your project details are properly relayed to the Project Manager and Supervisor.
  4. You will be assigned a PM and Supervisor to be your main point of contact, and we pride ourselves on quick response to any concerns that may come up as the project progresses. We will listen to your concerns, and together we will find the best solution.
  5. You will be onboarded to our user-friendly project management software, where you will be able to log in and view: Daily progress photos, financials & contract info., communication, schedule, photo & file sharing, and so much more.
  6. Clients are provided with a project schedule at the start of the project that shows every phase along with a clear end date.
  7. Our Build crews will always use clean language and respectful interchange.
  8. Our Build crews will respect your home by setting up proper dust control measures, surface protection, and all the necessary project preparation.
  9. If you are allowed to live in the work area, at the end of each day, your job site will be respected as your home, and thorough cleanups will be conducted to keep the area clean. Areas that must be restricted will be marked for your safety.
  10. We will conclude your project with a proper closeout, ensuring that we are both satisfied with the result!
