Lakewood Addition Duluth
This Lakewood addition was completed in the summer of 2022 by J&RS. The project was a two story addition on a basement. The main floor of the addition is off of the kitchen, and it acts as a multi use space mainly used for dining. The custom oak staircase brings you to a bedroom that has a wonderful view of Lake Superior. The addition has multiple large Marvin windows that let in a ton of natural light. The millwork is all natural oak which adds a lot of warmth along with the light beige walls.
