Our Owners

RAY SUNDBERG

Ray has been part of the company
for 27 years. He became a
licensed contractor in 1995,
graduated with a Bachelor of
Science in Industrial Engineering
from UMD in 1993 – and has worked
in construction since then.

Ray is the head of Sales- he runs
multiple leadership activities to
maintain the team and absolutely
loves working with the team in
such a positive and encouraging
environment. He loves bringing
the customers’ dreams to life.

When he isn’t working, he likes
to find time to go on vacation
with his wife, help his kids
remodel their homes, and take
time to go camping, hunting, and
fishing.

TY SUNDBERG

Ty has been with the company
for 18 years. His day-to-day
consists of providing clarity
for the entire team through
leadership and process building
and implementation across all
departments. He also provides
general information, encourages
communication flow, attends
staff meetings, trainings, and
brainstorm sessions.

His favorite part of the job is
building and aligning a team and
empowering people to fulfill our
company vision and mission.

When Ty isn’t working, you can
find him hunting, fishing,
enjoying hockey, and spending
time with family and friends.
