Roof Top Remodel
An aging deck presented us with a water leakage problem, putting the underlying structure at risk. Our expert team took charge of the situation and embarked on a comprehensive renovation project. We diligently reframed the deteriorating walls and roof deck, ensuring their stability. We replaced the roofing material, seamlessly integrating a bison decking system that enhanced durability and visual appeal. To elevate the deck’s functionality and aesthetic, we introduced an impressive addition—a sturdy pergola boasting a state-of-the-art retractable roof, purpose-built to withstand water and maintain a dry space beneath.

Before – Top Down
The entrance to the deck has no cover from the elements limiting the potential time spent outdoors.
After – Top Down
The grid pattern of the pergola provides a good amount of shade in the summer sun while still allowing enough light to maintain balance.
Before – 45°
Although this deck is placed in a good spot, the fading old rubber tiles weren’t the most welcoming or substantial thing to walk on after walking through the greenhouse.
After – 45°
The location of a deck is also an essential part of an outdoor living area. Luckily we were able to help it feel much more welcoming with the wood decking.
After – Updated decking System
The new decking system utilizes Ipe wood, which is substantial and provides an excellent solution for a deck over a rubber roof. The decking comprises square tiles that rest on pedestals that can be adjusted to have a level deck on a sloped roof.
After – Retractable Roof
With the click of a button, this roof can extend out and keep the elements out.
