Reliable Insurance Office
Challenge
Our friends at Reliable Insurance are a small-but-mighty hometown insurance provider. Their hometown, neighborly approach to doing business is one of their biggest assets. When a nearby building came up for sale, Reliable’s bursting-at-the-seams office in Hermantown jumped at the chance to move their team across Highway 53 to a larger building better suited to their bustling, contemporary needs. They were in search of an impact-making office that filled their need to have quiet spaces to work and large spaces to train and gather.
Solution
We gutted Reliable’s newly-acquired building to start with a blank slate, and built back walls to create dedicated offices; sound-protected, private meeting rooms; and community spaces for their close-knit team. We used a modern-mix of materials, and put a lot of care into making the front reception area an entry space that makes an immediate impact. Their breakroom is also now large and functional enough to house the whole office team for potluck spreads & MN State Hockey Tournament watch parties. Dare we say they are now not only the friendliest, but also coolest insurance company in town?
