An aging deck presented us with a water leakage problem, putting the underlying structure at risk. Our expert team took charge of the situation and embarked on a comprehensive renovation project. We diligently reframed the deteriorating walls and roof deck, ensuring their stability. We replaced the roofing material, seamlessly integrating a bison decking system that enhanced durability and visual appeal. To elevate the deck's functionality and aesthetic, we introduced an impressive addition—a sturdy pergola boasting a state-of-the-art retractable roof, purpose-built to withstand water and maintain a dry space beneath.

The location of a deck is also an essential part of an outdoor living area. Luckily we were able to help it feel much more welcoming with the wood decking.

Although this deck is placed in a good spot, the fading old rubber tiles weren't the most welcoming or substantial thing to walk on after walking through the greenhouse.

After - Updated decking System

The new decking system utilizes Ipe wood, which is substantial and provides an excellent solution for a deck over a rubber roof. The decking comprises square tiles that rest on pedestals that can be adjusted to have a level deck on a sloped roof.
