Amanda Thomas

I’m Amanda Thomas, based in Duluth, MN, and originally from Park Rapids, MN. With over five years as a Residential Real Estate Agent and more than 20 years in retail management, I’ve developed a strong foundation in customer service, team leadership, and creating positive client experiences.

As the Sales & Marketing Manager, I focus on developing strategies that connect with our clients and highlight the value of our services. I work closely with our team to ensure we deliver on client expectations, streamline processes, and create an exceptional experience from the first conversation to the completed project. Supporting the team as they turn homeowners’ visions into reality is one of the most rewarding aspects of my role.

In Northern MN, homes are more than investments—they’re sanctuaries where we relax, recharge, and make lasting memories. I’m passionate about helping our company create spaces that reflect those values while ensuring a smooth, enjoyable process for every client.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling (especially to sunny beaches), hiking, cooking with my husband, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends.
