Matthew Ward

Matt started at J&RS in 2018 as an apprentice trim carpenter, his incredible carpentry skills and teaching ability got him promoted to trim Supervisor in 2019. Since then, He has continued making customers happy within the sales department by helping people start their dream projects.

Matt is a super passionate and happy person. He leads his team well and has a unique capability to connect with everyone he comes into contact with.

When Matt isn't at work, he can be found spending time with his girlfriend and son at their home in Lincoln Park or playing outside doing activities like camping and hiking.

Matt also enjoys working on his house and exploring other creative projects like treehouses. A couple of years ago, Matt attended an in-depth treehouse-building workshop. Matt's creative and open mind is a huge asset to J&RS.
